Plastic Bottle IV Production Line

The plastic bottle filling production line is composed of plastic bottle injection molding machine, two-step blowing machine and plastic bottle washing, filling and sealing machine; the production process is mainly that plastic particle is molded into bottle embryo by injection molding machine, and then bottle embryo is heated by far infrared ray, and then bottle is blown by biaxial stretch blow molding process. Finally, molded bottles complete the production processes such as bottle washing, filling and sealing through the line. It is mainly used in production of plastic bottle infusion and soft plastic bottle infusion.

- The design, materials, manufacture, assembly and commissioning of the whole line meet the requirements of the new version of GMP or FDA drug production standards.
- High production efficiency, good stability, low failure rate and low energy consumption.
- Applicable Specification: 50ml-2000ml plastic bottle (as per user’s requirement)
- Plastic bottle filling machine’ s production Capacity: 1000-15000BPH
- The number of moulding chamber: 2-16 chambers, can be selected based on production capacity
- Filling Accuracy: ≤ ±1% (according to drug characteristics)
- The multi-cavity structure with one mold is adopted, simple mold structure, and it is convenient and quick to change mold.
- The use of pneumatic and servo transmission greatly shorten transmission time and improve production efficiency.
- The heating light box of bottle blowing machine adopts three-dimensional multi-layer heating lamp tube, which can control temperature of different parts of bottle embryo, ensure that bottle embryo is heated fully and evenly, and improve the quality of bottle blowing and transparency of bottle.
- The multi-zone intelligent voltage regulator has an accuracy of ±1V and the actual yield can be more than 99%.
- The stretch forming mechanism of bottle blowing machine adopts high pressure stretch blow molding, and mold closing adopts oil-free airbag clamping technology, which has the advantages of large clamping force, less running force and long service life of elbow.
- The bottle blowing machine can be connected automatically with the follow-up washing, filling and sealing line.
- High production efficiency, stable product performance, simple and reliable operation and beautiful appearance.
- The bottle washing mode of the line is flexible (gas washing, water washing or air-water mixing). A negative-ion generator with air washing has the failure alarm function and ensures the effect.
- A bottle mouth blow-drying device and a bottle mouth preloading device are equipped before sealed, to ensure the quality of sealing and welding cap.
- An in-bottle exhaust device is equipped before welding cap with adjustable exhaust volume to ensure bottle-shaped quality after sterilization.
- The line has the functions of no filling and cap delivery without bottle.
- Sealing method: hot melt welding or aluminum-plastic capping
- Automatic on-site cleaning / in-place disinfection (CIP/SIP) can be realized.
- To realize fully automatic control and monitor of production process, high precision color touch screen operation monitoring, PLC automatic control, automatic protection, host frequency conversion speed regulation and other control technology are be used.
- A good ventilation system is adopted to effectively improve internal and external temperature difference of bottle embryo, and by optimizing the distance between bottle blanks, heating property of bottle embryo can get the best balance, which greatly improves heating efficiency and reduces energy consumption.

Validation Services (FAT/SAT)

Marya will appoint an engineer with rich project management experience as the person in charge, who will be fully responsible for project management and liaison work. After the equipment is manufactured, our engineers and the buyer's representatives will participate in the FAT test. After the equipment arrives at the buyer's site, it will be installed and debugged. After the equipment reaches optimal operation, the buyer will conduct SAT testing and inspection.

We are manufacturer. Our factory is located in Changsha and Suzhou.

What certificate do you have?

We have CE, ISO, ROHS, SGS etc.

What documents will you provide?

Usually we will provide DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ, FAT, SAT, operation manual, maintenance instruction,layout drawing.etc.

What is the production lead time?

Standard 25-60 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed;
Standard 60-150 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed based on different machines, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed.

How long is your warranty? Can we extend?

12 months after installation and commissioning or 18 moths from the day that the equipment arrived on site. Prevail in the first arrival date.
Warranty can be extended with extra charge.
