This solution fully meets the production process requirements for RTU pre-filled syringes, RTU cartridges, and RTU vials. In addition to basic processes such as unpacking, filling, and sealing, it also covers the entire production workflow—from front-end pharmaceutical water production and liquid preparation systems to back-end inspection, sterilization, and packaging.
For products with high sterility requirements, the unpacking process can be automated, and O-RABS systems can be replaced with isolator systems to minimize human intervention, ensuring a higher-grade sterile environment for production.
