Serum filling and capping machine production line is suitable for automatic filling, outer capping and capping for various round and special-shaped bottles The machine has simple structure, stable performance, convenient maintenance, high filling accuracy, fast speed and stable performance. It is a perfect automatic filling equipment for serum manufacturers.

2. Performance Characters
- The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and the part in contact with the material is 316L stainless steel. The ceramic pump is used for filling, which meets GMP requirements.
- All electrical controls are in accordance with international standards, the main components are imported components, and the auxiliary components are domestic high-quality products, using frequency conversion speed control, and the operating speed is continuously adjustable;
- The filling head reaches 2/3 of the bottle to start filling, filling while rising and filling in two times to prevent the liquid foaming due to large impact, no bottle no filling, no bottle no cup feeding. Equipped with an upper barrel, with liquid level detection and automatic feeding functions;
- Under the special process requirements of B+A, the bottle passes through the self-cleaning area and then enters the B-level area and finally enters the filling A-level area. First, the servo motor is used to loosen and shift the cap (the cap is still grasped on the capping head at this time) ), the filling head shifts and enters the bottle mouth to start filling, after filling, the filling head is reset, the capping head is reset again and completes the grab cap type capping and tightening cap under the rated torque.
- A sheath and orientation device are added on the traditional cap feeding device to ensure that the bottle cap enters the bottle mouth accurately and to achieve the pass rate of automatic capping. In addition, there is a no bottle without capping electrical control, thereby it reduces the damage rate of the outer cover, and improves the production stability and pass rate of the equipment;
- The overload torque is adjustable, and the electronic friction plate grasps the cap head, avoiding adjust the torque by using springs mechanically, because the elastic change of the spring will cause the capping to be too loose or too tight, preventing the outer wall of the bottle cap wearing.
- Filling Speed：≥10-100（b/m）
- Applicable bottle specifications：50-1000（ml）
- Filling accuracy: ≤±1% (Decided according to the characteristics of the drug)
- Various types of filling pump options: peristaltic pump, plunger pump, piston pump, weighing module, flow meter, etc.;
- Wide range of applicable bottle specifications and easy replacement of specifications
- Customized products can be made according to the actual needs of customers (for example, the whole machine is equipped with an isolator system)

After the equipment arrives at the buyer's site, it will be installed and debugged. After the equipment reaches optimal operation, the buyer will conduct SAT testing and inspection.

What certificate do you have?

We have CE, ISO, ROHS, SGS etc.

What documents will you provide?

Usually we will provide DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ, FAT, SAT, operation manual, maintenance instruction,layout drawing.etc.

What is the production lead time?

Standard 25-60 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed;
Standard 60-150 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed based on different machines, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed.

How long is your warranty? Can we extend?

12 months after installation and commissioning or 18 moths from the day that the equipment arrived on site. Prevail in the first arrival date.
Warranty can be extended with extra charge.
