Biological reagent bottle filling production line

The biological reagent bottle filling production line is developed for biological reagents, pharmaceutical preparations, food preparations, chemical preparations, etc. The automated biological reagent production line equipment includes the assembly of sponge and cap, filling, capping and labeling. The equipment adopts servo module action linkage to improve the effective position accuracy and ensure the success rate of the product.

1. Main Application

The biological reagent bottle filling production line is suitable for small batch production of peanuts and large and medium enterpris in hospital preparation rooms, pharmaceutical factories, veterinary medicine factories, beverage factories, daily chemical factories, laboratories, etc. It can be filled: eye drops, vial bottles, various oral liquids, reagents, cooking oil, honey, shampoo, chemical products, veterinary drugs, pesticides, etc.

- The biological reagent bottle filling production line adopts 12 filling heads for automatic filling
- Filling Accuracy：≤±1%（deciding according to the drug characters）
- A variety of filling pump forms: peristaltic pump, plunger pump, piston pump, etc.;
- It can fill all kinds of polyester bottles, and the filling volume and filling range of glass bottles are large.
- The time, speed adjustment and automatic whole process is completed by the PLC system
- There is a floor leakage prevention device in the mouth, and the filling does not drip and is clean and hygienic.
- When filling, the filling head dives into the bottom of the bottle and rises slowly, which can effectively prevent air bubbles.

2D/3D Design Modeling Services

Validation Services (FAT/SAT)

Marya will appoint an engineer with rich project management experience as the person in charge, who will be fully responsible for project management and liaison work. After the equipment is manufactured, our engineers and the buyer's representatives will participate in the FAT test. After the equipment arrives at the buyer's site, it will be installed and debugged. After the equipment reaches optimal operation, the buyer will conduct SAT testing and inspection.

Are you manufacturer or trader? Where are your factory located?

We are manufacturer. Our factory is located in Changsha and Suzhou.

What certificate do you have?

We have CE, ISO, ROHS, SGS etc.

What documents will you provide?

Usually we will provide DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ, FAT, SAT, operation manual, maintenance instruction,layout drawing.etc.

What is the production lead time?

Standard 25-60 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed;
Standard 60-150 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed based on different machines, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed.

How long is your warranty? Can we extend?

12 months after installation and commissioning or 18 moths from the day that the equipment arrived on site. Prevail in the first arrival date.
Warranty can be extended with extra charge.
