1. Introduction:

The tablet counting machine (wide channel) has a strong compatibility and can count and bottle solid preparations or solid particles such as tablets (including special-shaped tablets), capsules, soft capsules (transparent, non-transparent), pills, etc.

Working principle: The bottle blocking device on the conveying track of the bottle conveying mechanism blocks bottles conveyed by the conveying device at the bottling station for filling. Drugs enter the warehouse in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate, and then are quantitatively counted by the photoelectric sensor for counting installed on the warehouse, and finally botted at the bottling station.

2. Performance characteristics:

(1) High compatibility: The tablet counting machine (wide channel) has strong compatibility and can count and bottle solid preparations or solid particles such as tablets (including special-shaped tablets), capsules, soft capsules (transparent, non-transparent), pills, etc.;

(2) Feeding through vibration: The machine feeds drugs uniformly through channel vibration and through the special turning plate packaging mechanism. It outputs products evenly and smoothly without damaging drugs;

(3) Resistance to high dust: The machine employs the anti-high dust photoelectric sensor technology of our company, and can work stably even under dusty conditions;

(4) Accurate counting: The photoelectric sensor automatically counts drugs, with a bottling error less than that specified by the national standard;

(5) Discharge spout of special structure: The machine has the discharge spout of special structure that can prevent blockage and ensure that even bottles with a small mouth can be used for bottling (optional);

(6) High intelligence: The machine has a high degree of intelligence, and has no bottle no counting function and multiple detection alarm control functions such as fault self-detection;

(7) Supporting functions: The photoelectric sensor detects where there is a bottle. If not, the machine will stop working automatically;

(8) Simple operation: The machine adopts intelligent design and various operating parameters can be set according to needs;

Convenient maintenance: Operators can disassemble, wash and replace parts easily without tool. Only minimal training is required;

(10) Dust sealing: The machine is equipped with the dust collection box to reduce dust pollution (optional).

Validation Services (FAT/SAT)

Marya will appoint an engineer with rich project management experience as the person in charge, who will be fully responsible for project management and liaison work. After the equipment is manufactured, our engineers and the buyer's representatives will participate in the FAT test. After the equipment arrives at the buyer's site, it will be installed and debugged. After the equipment reaches optimal operation, the buyer will conduct SAT testing and inspection.

Are you manufacturer or trader? Where are your factory located?

We are manufacturer. Our factory is located in Changsha and Suzhou.

What certificate do you have?

We have CE, ISO, ROHS, SGS etc.

What documents will you provide?

Usually we will provide DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ, FAT, SAT, operation manual, maintenance instruction,layout drawing.etc.

What is the production lead time?

Standard 25-60 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed;
Standard 60-150 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed based on different machines, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed.

How long is your warranty? Can we extend?

12 months after installation and commissioning or 18 moths from the day that the equipment arrived on site. Prevail in the first arrival date.
Warranty can be extended with extra charge.
