1. Introduction

The vertical storage tank is applicable to the storage of medicine, food, chemicals and liquid material. It has advantages of high efficiency and convenient operation. To ensure complete cleaning, it is equipped with auto-rotating cleaning sprinkler. The materials are SUS304 or SUS316L. The surface adopts the treatment of polishing or glass painting according to GMP standard.

Δ Stainless steel tanks include stainless steel water storage tanks, stainless steel gas storage tanks, stainless steel liquid storage tanks, stainless steel liquid distribution tanks, stainless steel fermentation tanks, stainless steel extraction tanks, etc.;
Δ Stainless steel tanks can be used for storage of liquid materials in the fields of pharmacy, food, dairy products, fruit juice beverages, pharmaceutical and chemical engineering and biological engineering. It has the advantages of good heat preservation performance and convenient disassembly and assembly;
Δ Stainless steel tanks can be manufactured, tested and accepted in accordance with Steel Pressure Vessels and Technical Requirements for the Manufacturing of Steel Chemical Vessels;
Δ Stainless steel tank can be designed into liner and insulation layer according to the needs of use, the material can be SUS304 or 316L, and the surface is mirror polished or matt treatment, which meets the GMP standard;
Δ Stainless steel tank insulation material adopts high temperature resistance and anti-aging characteristics;
Δ The stainless steel tank can be manufactured into a vertical or horizontal drum-shaped structure according to the needs (the inner cylinder is in contact with the liquid medicine)
Δ According to the structure, stainless steel liquid tanks are divided into : upper opening and lower inclined bottom, upper opening and lower conical heads, upper and lower conical heads, and upper and lower oval heads; according to the heating method, they are divided into: steam heating and electric heating; According to the size of the volume, they are divided into many specifications such as 100-20000L, and can also be designed and manufactured according to the actual needs of customers.
Δ Stainless steel liquid distribution tank, filling cover, stirring blade, inlet and outlet are all made of imported stainless steel 304 or 316L, according to GB741-80 technical conditions, the tank inner body is polished, and the stirring blade is used for stirring in it.
Δ The interface adopts the international standard ISO quick-release chuck type, the inner tank is made of imported stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304, the inner surface is mirror polished to Ra≤0.4m, and the outer surface is polished with matt, mirror, sandblasted or cold-rolled primary color matt;
Δ The seal of the stainless steel liquid tank agitator adopts imported sanitary mechanical agitating seal or magnetic full-sealing agitating device, and the agitating speed can be selected;
Δ The nozzle of the stainless steel liquid distribution tank can be equipped with liquid level indicator (static pressure type, capacitive type, non-contact type, ultrasonic type, glass tube type), air breathing port, thermometer (digital display type or dial type), CIP cleaning port, sight glass, explosion-proof sight light (integration of sight glass and light), SIP sterilization port, liquid inlet and outlet, sanitary manhole, etc.;
Δ The transition section of the inner wall of the stainless steel tank adopts an arc transition to ensure sanitation and no blind corners;
Δ Stainless steel tanks can be customized according to special requirements;

Validation Services (FAT/SAT)

Marya will appoint an engineer with rich project management experience as the person in charge, who will be fully responsible for project management and liaison work. After the equipment is manufactured, our engineers and the buyer's representatives will participate in the FAT test. After the equipment arrives at the buyer's site, it will be installed and debugged. After the equipment reaches optimal operation, the buyer will conduct SAT testing and inspection.

Are you manufacturer or trader? Where are your factory located?

We are manufacturer. Our factory is located in Changsha and Suzhou.

What certificate do you have?

We have CE, ISO, ROHS, SGS etc.

What documents will you provide?

Usually we will provide DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ, FAT, SAT, operation manual, maintenance instruction,layout drawing.etc.

What is the production lead time?

Standard 25-60 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed;
Standard 60-150 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed based on different machines, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed.

How long is your warranty? Can we extend?

12 months after installation and commissioning or 18 moths from the day that the equipment arrived on site. Prevail in the first arrival date.
Warranty can be extended with extra charge.
