The liquid distribution system is a customized product designed according to the individual requirements of customers and the different characteristics of drugs. It is the most core and complex link in the production process of injection by adding raw materials into solvents such as injection water, stirring, heating or refrigeration, sterilizing and filtering.

1.Main uses

The liquid dispensing system mainly includes the main modules of liquid preparation, sterilizing filtration or ultrafiltration, dynamic caching, liquid delivery and process control. It is mainly used in the preparation of conventional injection, oral liquid, freeze-dried powder injection, aerosol spray, eye drops, disinfectants, semi-finished products, medium, buffer and other products in pharmaceutical factories. It can also be used in the preparation of special products such as chemical pharmacy, biological preparation, blood products, fat milk and so on;

CIP cleaning device can be used as non-decomposing production equipment, but also can be used for manual operation, automatic operation of cleaning system, has been introduced to almost all food, beverage and pharmaceutical factories. CIP cleaning device can not only clean the machine, but also control the cleaning method of microorganism;

(1) Performance characteristics of liquid distribution system
- Liquid distribution system design, materials, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning and so on are in line with the new GMP or FDA drug production specifications;
- The liquid distribution system can choose manual, semi-automatic and automatic liquid distribution mode according to the need;

- Automatic liquid distribution system can be equipped with on-line automatic water weighing system (automatic weighing);

Validation Services (FAT/SAT)

Marya will appoint an engineer with rich project management experience as the person in charge, who will be fully responsible for project management and liaison work. After the equipment is manufactured, our engineers and the buyer's representatives will participate in the FAT test. After the equipment arrives at the buyer's site, it will be installed and debugged. After the equipment reaches optimal operation, the buyer will conduct SAT testing and inspection.

We are manufacturer. Our factory is located in Changsha and Suzhou.

What certificate do you have?

We have CE, ISO, ROHS, SGS etc.

What documents will you provide?

Usually we will provide DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ, FAT, SAT, operation manual, maintenance instruction,layout drawing.etc.

What is the production lead time?

Standard 25-60 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed;
Standard 60-150 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed based on different machines, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed.

How long is your warranty? Can we extend?

12 months after installation and commissioning or 18 moths from the day that the equipment arrived on site. Prevail in the first arrival date.
Warranty can be extended with extra charge.
