IV Fluid Solution

Known as Large Volume Parenteral (LVP), which usually refers to liquid sterilization preparations with a volume greater than or equal to 50ml and directly injected into the body by intravenous drip, the packaging forms include glass bottle, plastic bottle, non-PVC soft bag and vertical soft bag and other packaging forms; large infusion, tablets, liquid injections, powder injections and capsules are collectively referred to five important preparations in the global pharmaceutical industry. According to its clinical use, large infusions can be divided into fluid balance infusions, antibiotics infusions, nutritional infusions and other therapeutic infusions. They are mainly used to supplement body fluid, electrolytes and nutrition, and can be used as plasma substitutes to maintain blood pressure;

1.Overview
The production process of large infusions mainly includes "two-step preparation method(produced by two machines) " and "one-step preparation method (produced by one machine)" , the core equipment includes bag making machine, raw material transmission device, liquid dispensing system, washing, filling and sealing production line, water bath sterilization cabinet, sterilization logistic system, light inspection and packaging machine, etc.

2.The core process system of IV Fluid Solution

(1)Core process system
The core process system includes filling system, liquid distribution system, sterilization system and other equipment and systems, the filling system can be divided into the following types:
Glass bottle IV production linkage line;
Soft bag IV production line;
Plastic packaging BFS production line;
Plastic bottle IV production line;

(2)Past packaging system
The past packaging system mainly includes packaging processes such as lamp inspection/leak inspection, labeling /boxing, cartoning/palletizing, etc;

(3)Cleanroom system
Mainly includes architectural decoration, pipeline engineering, HVAC engineering and electrical engineering systems,etc;

(4)Utility
The utility mainly includes water treatment system, air conditioning unit, nitrogen generation system, air pressure system, steam boiler and other equipment and systems;

2D/3D Design Modeling Services

Machine Customization Services

Validation Services (FAT/SAT)

Marya will appoint an engineer with rich project management experience as the person in charge, who will be fully responsible for project management and liaison work. After the equipment is manufactured, our engineers and the buyer's representatives will participate in the FAT test. After the equipment arrives at the buyer's site, it will be installed and debugged. After the equipment reaches optimal operation, the buyer will conduct SAT testing and inspection.

Are you manufacturer or trader? Where are your factory located?

We are manufacturer. Our factory is located in Changsha and Suzhou.

What certificate do you have?

We have CE, ISO, ROHS, SGS etc.

What documents will you provide?

Usually we will provide DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ, FAT, SAT, operation manual, maintenance instruction,layout drawing.etc.

What is the production lead time?

Standard 25-60 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed;
Standard 60-150 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed based on different machines, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed.

How long is your warranty? Can we extend?

12 months after installation and commissioning or 18 moths from the day that the equipment arrived on site. Prevail in the first arrival date.
Warranty can be extended with extra charge.
