Blister Packing Machine

The blister packing machine consists of plastic tray forming, material feeding, heat sealing, punching and cartoning. Controlled by PLC, with advanced self-inspection function, it can automatically identify broken blister, missing bottles, missing instructions and empty carton detection memory, and 100% rejection of unqualified products. It can realize the functions of automatic feeding of medicine bottles and automatic cartoning of instruction manual.

- The design, MOC, manufacturing, assembly, and debugging of the whole machine are in compliance with the new pharmaceutical GMP requirements;
- The blister packaging machine has the characteristics of reliable sealing, convenient use, beautiful packaging appearance, compact machine structure, high degree of automation, and convenient installation and maintenance;
- The whole machine adopts segmented combination: PVC forming, feeding and heat sealing into one section, and hot aluminum cold forming, heat sealing and punching into one section, which can be split packaging;
- The operation of the blister packaging machine is simple, and the operating parameters of the equipment, production data and alarm information are all displayed and set on the PLC man-machine interface;
- Using modular design, molds changing for different specification is fast and convenient;
- Adopt advanced servo intelligent drive, the main motor adopts frequency conversion speed control;
- Using diversified feeding devices such as servo motor or robots to ensure the accuracy of feeding;
- Punching frequency: 10-50 times/min (decided according to the product);
- Stroke range: 20-150mm (can be designed according to user requirements);
- Standard blister size (mm): 80×57, 80×35, 95×65, 105×42, 105×55 (designed according to user requirements);

The maximum width of the packaging material is 380mm;
- Using safety cover protection device, with automatic shutdown function when the cover is opened, to ensure the safety of operators;
- The finished products are discharged in an orderly manner, the defective products are automatically collected, and are equipped with an automatic scrap rewinding mechanism for easy collection of waste;
- With heating temperature control detection, host overload protection, PVC and PTP packaging material level detection, material level detection and control of the feeding storage bin, automatic fault diagnosis and alarm system, automatic shutdown protection;
- Each process adopts advanced testing methods, safe and reliable online testing system to ensure product quality and guarantee the qualified rate of finished products.
- Using high-end PLC control, touch screen operation, Chinese and English digital display, frequency conversion speed regulation, servo traction, traction length can be adjusted on the touch screen within the traction size range.
- Can be equipped with inkjet coding (character) device to print date, batch number and other information;
- It can be equipped with missing material and missing compensation device and missing particle detection and removal device;
- It can be equipped with a photoelectric detection and correction device for printing and packaging of graphics and text to optimize the grade of packaging;

Validation Services (FAT/SAT)

Marya will appoint an engineer with rich project management experience as the person in charge, who will be fully responsible for project management and liaison work. After the equipment is manufactured, our engineers and the buyer's representatives will participate in the FAT test. After the equipment arrives at the buyer's site, it will be installed and debugged. After the equipment reaches optimal operation, the buyer will conduct SAT testing and inspection.

Are you manufacturer or trader? Where are your factory located?

We are manufacturer. Our factory is located in Changsha and Suzhou.

What certificate do you have?

We have CE, ISO, ROHS, SGS etc.

What documents will you provide?

Usually we will provide DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ, FAT, SAT, operation manual, maintenance instruction,layout drawing.etc.

What is the production lead time?

Standard 25-60 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed;
Standard 60-150 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed based on different machines, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed.

How long is your warranty? Can we extend?

12 months after installation and commissioning or 18 moths from the day that the equipment arrived on site. Prevail in the first arrival date.
Warranty can be extended with extra charge.
