1. Introduction

The syrup filling line is composed of four equipments: bottle unscrambler, bottle washing machine, tunnel sterilization oven, and pharmaceutical syrup filling machine and capping machine. Each piece of equipment can also work independently; It can automatically complete bottle unscrambling, cleaning, pre-heating, sterilization, drying, cooling, filling, screw (rolling) capping and other processes and is suitable for syrups, tinctures, wines, health products, beverages, sauces and other liquids with different viscosity in the pharmaceutical and food industries packaging line production.

2. Performance

► The design, materials, manufacturing, assembly, installation, etc. of the whole syrup filling line are in line with GMP standard;
► The syrup filling line adopts advanced design, reasonable structure, high degree of automation and with stable and reliable operation, high capacity to realizes electromechanical integration;

► Simple adjustment of operating data, high-precision filling, and easy to use;
► The bottle cleaning effect meets the new pharmacopeia standards and requirements;
► The tunnel-type hot air circulation oven can be equipped with a real-time display and printing system for the sterilization temperature;
► The maximum sterilization temperature of the tunnel-type hot air circulation oven is 350℃;
► The heat source of the tunnel-type hot air circulation oven is evenly distributed, and the heat source removal effect is good;
► The filling volume and filling speed are easy to adjust, and the liquid level can be configured to control the feeding automatically;
► Adopting a unique filling process curve, which effectively prevents the filling material from foaming or splashing, and is suitable for filling liquids that are easy to foam;
► The dry syrup filling machine can adopt a turntable structure or a linear structure;
► The sealing station can use capping or rolling to complete the sealing operation;
► It can be configured with Open-RABS isolation protection system and 100-level air purification laminar flow system;
► It can be equipped with high-performance no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping, and linkage squeeze bottle stop function;
► It can be equipped with bottle mouth buckle measuring cup, aluminum foil film/plastic film, heat shrinkable sealing function;
► Has full-line linkage function, linkage control of front and rear equipment;
► The filling production line adopts a waterproof design on the table, which is easy to clean with water;
► Using high-precision color touch screen operation monitoring, PLC automatic control, automatic protection, host frequency conversion speed regulation and other control technologies for automatic control and monitoring of the production process;
► Customization of related products can be made according to the actual needs of customers.

2D/3D Design Modeling Services

Validation Services (FAT/SAT)

Marya will appoint an engineer with rich project management experience as the person in charge, who will be fully responsible for project management and liaison work. After the equipment is manufactured, our engineers and the buyer's representatives will participate in the FAT test. After the equipment arrives at the buyer's site, it will be installed and debugged. After the equipment reaches optimal operation, the buyer will conduct SAT testing and inspection.

Are you manufacturer or trader? Where are your factory located?

We are manufacturer. Our factory is located in Changsha and Suzhou.

What certificate do you have?

We have CE, ISO, ROHS, SGS etc.

What documents will you provide?

Usually we will provide DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ, FAT, SAT, operation manual, maintenance instruction,layout drawing.etc.

What is the production lead time?

Standard 25-60 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed;
Standard 60-150 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed based on different machines, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed.

How long is your warranty? Can we extend?

12 months after installation and commissioning or 18 moths from the day that the equipment arrived on site. Prevail in the first arrival date.
Warranty can be extended with extra charge.
