1. Bottle conveying device:

This part mainly consists of a conveyor belt and a bottle clamping device. The bottles on the conveyor belt are transported under the drive of the transmission device, and the clamping device is used to clamp the bottles to maintain a stable position during the filling process.


2. Vial injection system:

This system consists of components such as injection pump, delivery pipe, and injection head. The delivery pipe transports the vial solution from the solution storage tank to the injection head, and the injection pump controls the amount of solution in and out, injecting the solution into the bottle.

 


3. Pressure sensing system:

The system includes a pressure sensor and a controller. During the process of injecting the medicine into the bottle, the pressure sensor is used to sense the pressure change of the medicine inside the bottle, and the signal is transmitted to the controller for analysis and processing.


4. Control system:

This system is the core part of the entire filling machine, used to control parameters such as filling time, liquid flow rate, pressure changes, etc., to ensure the accuracy and stability of filling. The controller can be customized and adjusted according to the characteristics of the medicine to meet the filling needs of different specifications and medicines.


5. Data processing system:

This system records the data transmitted by the controller and performs statistics and analysis. If there is a problem, the data system can promptly alarm and guide operators to repair and handle it.

 

 

 


During work, the liquid medicine first enters the liquid medicine storage tank, and the injection pump starts working. The liquid medicine is transported from the storage tank to the injection head, and filling begins. Each bottle clamping device is driven by a conveyor belt and positioned below the liquid injection head, where filling begins. At the same time as filling the medicine, the pressure sensor senses the pressure value of the medicine in the bottle, and the controller controls it according to the preset parameters to ensure the accuracy and stability of filling. After each bottle is filled, the bottle clamping device will send the bottle to the next process and start filling the next bottle.
In summary, the working principle of the vial filling machine is mainly based on the principles of automatic control and pressure sensors. Through the collaborative action of multiple parts such as the bottle conveying device, vial injection system, pressure sensing system, control system, and data processing system, fast, accurate, and efficient pharmaceutical liquid filling work is achieved.
