Ecuador Cleanroom HVAC Project Complete Perfectly

On October 29, 2024, Shanghai Marya team successfully completed the Ecuador solid preparation cleanroom turnkey project in close cooperation with our client, which was highly recognized by them.

 

 

 

The workshop of the project is built according to GMP specifications and ISO standards, with a construction area of approximately 427 square meters. Shanghai Marya uses advanced cleanroom technology and equipment to strictly control temperature, humidity, pressure and dust particles to make air quality meet standards.

 

 

 

 

 

We encountered some problems during the construction such as low floor-to-ceiling height, narrow space, difficult operation of personnel and equipment, inconvenient material handling and stacking, and poor ventilation and lighting. Therefore, the two sides formed a cooperative group. The Marya team plans the process based on professional technology and experience, pushes modular construction, and prefabricate the off-site components; the client’s team fully coordinates resources, communicates and discusses with Marya frequently, and we put forward optimization schemes together.

 

 

In the end, Marya perfectly achieved its design objectives of the project and was praised for its excellent quality. This success is not only a technological breakthrough, but also a witness to in-depth cooperation. The two sides promise to continue to work together in the future to meet challenges and create more high-quality projects.
