1.Equipment selection considers energy-saving approaches
The design and selection of cleanroom process equipment must achieve energy-saving while meeting the requirements of mechanization, automation, programmable control, and intelligence. The selected refrigerators, fans, water pumps, heat exchange equipment, and electrical devices (including lighting) should be wired reasonably; Reasonably configure equipment models and parameters, and make every effort to prevent the phenomenon of large horses pulling small cars; Adopting a return air cooling (heat) recovery device and an exhaust cooling (heat) utilization device; Using the condensation heat utilization device of a refrigerator under appropriate conditions; Cold (hot) recovery of production equipment; Reasonably configure public power equipment, such as using free cooling systems, cogeneration, etc; Choose low resistance filtration equipment, and the pressure head of the fan and water pump should not be too high; Electric equipment adopts frequency conversion measures; The selection of air conditioning terminal equipment must consider factors such as energy efficiency, controllability, reliability, and cost and effectiveness. At the same time, necessary technical measures should be taken to reduce the heat output of production equipment and lower the exhaust air volume. Try to use water-cooled equipment as much as possible, and strengthen the insulation and insulation measures of production equipment and pipelines in cleanrooms to reduce heat discharge and energy consumption.
2.To instill energy-saving ideas during construction
(1)In the actual construction process, installation personnel often focus more on the ease of operation and lack energy-saving perspectives. Only by valuing construction quality can we ensure that energy-saving and consumption reduction measures during design are implemented effectively.
(2)Strengthen the sealing of the system and reduce the leakage points of the system. The residual pressure of the purification air conditioning system is high, which requires high tightness of the entire system. Any leakage point in the system causes energy loss. The important link to control air leakage in the air duct system is the construction site, which should be checked from the production, assembly, installation, and inspection of air ducts and components at the upper layer. At the same time, strengthen the airtightness treatment of the maintenance structure and control the leakage of doors, pass boxes, etc.
(3)Strengthen insulation and heat preservation. The construction and material selection of clean room walls, suspended ceilings (or roofs), doors and windows, as well as air ducts, water pipes, equipment, etc., should be strengthened with thermal insulation. For cleanrooms with special temperature requirements in certain areas, the thermal insulation of the floor materials should also be ensured. In thermal insulation construction, insulation materials must be of high quality and quantity, and the construction process and quality must meet the regulatory requirements.
3.Energy saving and consumption reduction should be emphasized in operation management
(1)Improve the quality of operational management personnel. Whether the energy-saving purification air conditioning system in design can truly save energy is closely related to the level of operation management and standardized operation. We should strengthen the training of operational management personnel, improve their quality, and implement an energy-saving target responsibility system.
(2)System maintenance work should be diligent and meticulous, and problems should be resolved in a timely manner. After the filter in the ventilation system runs for a period of time, the air pressure on both sides will increase, which will undoubtedly lead to an increase in resistance, energy consumption, and equipment damage in the system. Therefore, the filter in the system should be cleaned or replaced regularly. Wet or damaged pipeline insulation materials can reduce insulation performance and inevitably cause energy loss, which must be maintained or replaced in a timely manner. Pay attention to whether the heat exchange between the chiller unit and the surrounding environment is smooth, and ensure that the surface of the heat exchange fins is clean and not corroded. Maintenance personnel should promptly treat the water quality in the heat exchange system or clean the system to prevent scaling of the heat exchange system equipment and a decrease in heat transfer efficiency.
(3)Strictly operate according to the requirements of the automatic control system. Energy saving measures and reliable self-control systems are inseparable, and self-control systems have higher requirements for operation managers. The users and operation managers of the purification system should establish a series of systems and measures to ensure the effective operation of the self-control system, making it an important part of the correct operation and use of the purification air conditioning system, in order to achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
4.Other energy-saving measures for cleanroom air conditioning systems
(1)During non working hours, the duty fan is used to operate, and the fresh air fan, circulating fan, and exhaust fan in the system are shut down.
(2)During the transitional season, the entire air system adopts a variable fresh air ratio regulation method.
(3)Try to use natural energy sources for pre cooling and preheating of air conditioning systems, such as solar energy, groundwater, soil energy, etc.
(4)Utilize preferential policies such as ice and heat storage.
