Construction procedures for cleanrooms

1.Installation of pipe supports and hangers

If the depth of the construction drawings is not enough, the construction unit should carry out secondary design, and the equipment team should install the suspension rods and components of high-efficiency air supply vents and other equipment.
(2) The cleanroom decoration team installed ceiling suspension components and rods according to the on-site secondary design drawings. Most cleanroom decoration drawings are not deep enough, and secondary design drawings need to be drawn in advance or on-site to determine the relevant dimensions.
(3) Install fire pipeline supports and hangers by the fire protection construction team.
(4) Install cable tray suspension rods by the electrical and automatic control installation team.


2. Installation of air ducts and fire pipes


(1) Installation of air ducts: In the construction of cleanrooms, the size of supply and return air ducts is the largest, so they should be installed first. During the installation period, it is not allowed for other trades to cross work. Only after the air duct is installed according to regulations and the opening is tightly sealed with plastic film, can other trades enter the site. During the installation process, leak detection of the air duct should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the specifications and in combination with the on-site situation.
(2) Installation of fire pipes: Fire pipes have a larger diameter, so they should be installed first. Considering the cooperation of the decoration profession, the main pipe should be installed first, and the branch pipe should be installed when the decoration reaches a certain level. Otherwise, it is difficult to install the color steel sandwich panel wall panel.


3. Installation of cable trays, water pipes, and air ducts


Cable trays, water pipes, air conditioning pipes, deionized water pipes, and compressed air pipes can be cross operated simultaneously if horizontal and vertical spaces permit; If space does not allow, cable trays should be installed first, connecting sleeves should be assembled, wiring should be protected, and then other pipeline works should be installed in sequence. These pipes are only installed above the suspended ceiling, and the branch pipes entering the cleanroom should be coordinated with the indoor decoration construction and installed alternately at the appropriate time.


4.Installation of color steel sandwich panels


After the installation of all parts above the suspended ceiling of the above pipelines is completed, there are not many dust generating operations. At this time, the installation of color steel sandwich panels can be carried out. Color steel sandwich panels are rigid materials with large dimensions and fear of scratches and collisions. So, the order of installation is crucial. Install the wall panel first, and then the top plate. The wall panels and top plates are installed alternately until the feeding port at the other end, and all are installed. Some construction books advocate installing the top plate first and then the wall panel. For non accessible ceilings and indoor partitions made of non color steel sandwich panels, this installation sequence is reasonable. But if color steel sandwich panels are used as decoration materials, this installation sequence is not feasible. Because 50mm * 25mm groove aluminum needs to be installed on both the top and bottom of the wall panel, and the groove aluminum should be tightly anchored to the ground. If the top plate is installed first, it is easy to scratch the top plate and the wall panel cannot be inserted into the upper and lower groove aluminum.


5. Pipeline pressure testing, installation of efficient air supply outlets, and insulation of air ducts


Before installing the circular arc angle of the color steel sandwich panel, the water pipe should be connected to the main pipe above the ceiling and subjected to pressure testing. Then install the high-efficiency air supply outlet and seal it with plastic film. Connect the high-efficiency air supply outlet to the main air duct with a branch air duct, connect the exhaust outlet branch pipe, and then insulate the air duct and water pipe.


6. Install curved corners and door and window frame profiles


After the cooperation and installation of the above types of work, other types of work are not allowed to enter the clean room decoration site. At this time, the installation of curved corners, door frames, window frame profiles, and glass pressure bars, door leaves, fire hydrant boxes, return air vents, and hand sinks will begin.


7. Install purification lights, fire indicator lights, switch sockets, and wiring


After the cleanroom decoration is completed, start installing purification lights, fire indicator lights, switches, and sockets, and connect them to the power line in the ceiling mezzanine through wires.


8. Installing high-efficiency filters


After scrubbing the ground clean, start purifying the air conditioning system and blow it for 12 hours. Stop the machine and scrub the indoor walls and floors again. Then install a high-efficiency filter and diffusion orifice plate, and seal it again with plastic film.

 


9.Ground painting


Polish and clean the ground, apply primer, intermediate coat, and topcoat. Before scraping the intermediate coating, peel off the sealing film on the high-efficiency air supply outlet, open the fresh air and exhaust valves, close the return air valve, perform clean ventilation and air exchange, eliminate harmful gases during the coating process, improve the construction environment for intermediate and surface coatings, and ensure the health of construction personnel.


10.Tear off the film and seal the joint with adhesive


After the ground construction is completed, wear new work shoes, tear off the protective film on the color steel sandwich panel, and seal the joint with glue. At this point, the cleanroom construction is completed and inspection and acceptance can be carried out.
