1. Quality Standards ...........................................................................................................................................................................................
(1) Guaranteed Project
①The varieties,specifications, colors and grades of PVC plates and PVC coils must meet the design requirements and the relevant current national standards, and the adhesives should be matched with them.
②The base surface of the adhesive surface layer must be flat,smooth, dry,dense and clean. There must be no cracks, rubber and sanding.
③The surface layer must be firmly bonded, with no warping ,no degumming,and no overflow of glue.

(2) Basic project:
①The surface should be clean,the pattern should be clear, color should be consistent, and the seams need to be straight, tight and beautiful.The pattern at the seam is consistent with the pattern, without glue marks, and it is closely connected with the wall, and the yin and yang corners are square.
②The surface of the skirting line should be clean ,the bonding should be firm, the seam should be flat.The thickness of the wall requires consistent and straight.
③The size of the ground trimming materials should be accurate, the corners should be neat, the splicing should be tight,and the seams should be straight.

2. Protection of Finished Products .....................................................................................................................................................................
(1) After the PVC floor is pasted, the room should be supervised by special personnel. Non-staff are strictly prohibited to enter the room. Slippers should be worn when entering the room to work.
(2) After the PCV floor is laid, it should be covered and protected with plastic film in time to prevent pollution. It is strictly forbidden to put paint containers on the surface.
(3) The lower ends of wooden ladders and stool legs used by electricians, oil workers and other types of work should be protected by foam plastic or soft cloth heads to prevent scratching the ground.

3. Quality issues that should be paid attention to .............................................................................................................................................
(1) The PVC floor is warped and hollow:the main reason is that the base layer is uneven or rushing to pave without drying after applying glue, which is easy to cause warping.Dirty cleaning of the base layer, poor rolling during laying, uneven adhesive brushing, dust on the plate surface or too low ambient temperature can easily lead to the occurrence of hollowing.
(2) The height difference of the plate exceeds the allowable deviation: the main reason is that the thickness of the plate is inconsistent, or the thickness of the coating adhesive is uneven.Before laying,the PVC floorboards should be selected,and those that are not square and uneven should be removed.
(3) The top of the skirting board is not straight and partially hollow:Because the horizontal line is not drawn at the top of the skirting board when laying the skirting board, the level o f wood between the boards is flat.When laying,it is easy to cause hollowing due to poor cleaning of the base layer or leakage of the glue, the rolling is not solid,and the size and angle of the simmering bend at the yin and yang corners do not match the actual situation.
(5) The PVC floor surface is not clean: the main reason is that the glue is too thick when laying the PVC floor. After laying, the glue overflowed and was not cleaned up, resulting in many glue marks at the joints. In addition, the ground was not covered and protected after laying, and other types of work such as oil workers painted and sprayed,causing ground pollution.
(6) The surface of the PVC floor is uneven:the main reason is that the base layer is not carefully treated, the recesses are not repaired,and the protruding parts are not leveled(the mortar and concrete bonded to the base layer).Therefore, when carrying out the basic treatment, it must be carried out according to the requirements of the operation process, and checked with a 2m ruler, and the next process will be carried out after meeting the requirements.

(1) Factory certificate of PVC floor board.
(2) The factory certificate and test record of the adhesive.
(3) Sub-project quality inspection and evaluation records.
