From January 26th to 30th, 2026, Marya successfully conducted the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a custom-designed, high-precision vial liquid filling line for a leading pharmaceutical client in the Philippines.
From January 26th to 30th, 2026, Marya successfully conducted the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a custom-designed, high-precision vial liquid filling line for a leading pharmaceutical client in the Philippines. The test was completed under the on-site supervision and verification of the client's technical team.
 
The integrated production line includes core stations such as high-speed vial washing, aseptic time-pressure filling, and intelligent capping. During the acceptance process, both parties carried out systematic and collaborative verification of the equipment based on the predefined FAT protocol, covering mechanical operation, process performance (e.g., filling accuracy), control systems, and the Human-Machine Interface (HMI).
 

                                                                                    

 

The test results confirmed that the line’s comprehensive performance indicators—including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), filling accuracy (within ±2%), and sterility assurance controls—fully met the agreed technical standards, earning formal approval from the client.

 

                                                                                     

 

The successful completion of the FAT not only reflects Marya’s strong capabilities in project execution and quality control within the pharmaceutical equipment sector, but also demonstrates its professional commitment to ensuring first-time-right project delivery through in-depth early-stage collaboration and digital factory pre-acceptance processes. The production line is now ready for shipment, and Marya will continue to provide expert technical support throughout the subsequent phases.
