Malaysian Client's Visit to Marya's Pharmaceutical Machinery Factory

In June 2023, a Malaysian client came to Marya’s pharmaceutical machinery factory for inspection. The purpose of this visit was to conduct the pre-FAT inspection on the quality, function and performance of their purchased syringe filling machine with isolator and plunger rod screwing labeling machine from us. Marya’s General Manager and director accompanied the client and communicated with him throughout the visit.

1. Introduction


In June 2023, a Malaysian client came to Marya’s pharmaceutical machinery factory for inspection. The purpose of this visit was to conduct the pre-FAT inspection on the quality, function and performance of their purchased syringe filling machine with isolator and plunger rod screwing labeling machine from us. Marya’s General Manager and director accompanied the client and communicated with him throughout the visit.

 

   


2. Client's Background


After years of excellent production, the client’s company has now become one of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturers in Southeast Asia, with multiple best-selling brands. The company's products include over-the-counter (OTC) health supplements, nutritional beverages, and a range of other prescription products. So far, the company has registered 181 products with the National Drug Administration Commission, covering tablets, capsules, creams/ointments/gel, liquids, dry powder preparations and injections. And the company's foreign market has greatly expanded to 12 countries outside of ASEAN countries. The company has developed into one of the leading generic drug manufacturers, making contributions to the import substitution of brand drugs.

 

           


3. Inspection


At the pharmaceutical machinery factory, our technical personnel provided a detailed introduction about the FAT testing process and standards for the prefilled syringe filling production line. The personnel also demonstrated the operation process of the syringe filling machine and the plunger rod screwing labeling machine to the customer. The client watched the FAT on-site and received detailed answers from the technical personnel. After completing the testing, the quality and performance of the syringe filling machine and plunger rod screwing  labeling machine met the client's requirements. The personnel had rich professional knowledge and excellent work abilities, which had also left a deep impression on the client. After the visit, the client and Marya’s senior management had an in-depth discussions on future cooperation, wishing to achieve a win-win relationship and common development in future cooperation projects.
