How to use and maintain self-purifying passbox?

1. Usage:
(1) The materials entering and leaving the clean area, must be conveied through the special material channel of the workshop and seperated from the crowd channel.
(2) The materials can be sent to the storage through pass box only after unpacking or the cleaning of appearance; and the secondary packaging materials can be sent to inner room through pass box only after unpacking in the storage. The workshop integrator and the head of confect and process of secondary packaging are responsible for the handover of materials.
(3) The rule “One open, one close” must be followed when the materials go through the passbox. Closing the anteport is necessary before opening the interior door to take materials out.
(4) The materials in clean area can be sent out only after the they have been sent to related intermediate station under the inverse procedure they entered.
(5) When carried out from clean area, all of the semi-finished products should be sent to the storage through passbox and transferred by logistics channel to outer packing room.
(6) Materials and waste that easy to pollution should be transferred to unclean area through their special pass box.
(7) The timely cleaning of every private room, intermediate station and pass box, including the closing of the pass box doors and the sterilization, are necessary after the transfer of materials.

2. Maintaining:
(1) The site of installation should away from high speed and focal point. It should in purification plants or air conditioning plants at all levels. Both gorizontal and vertical installation are allowed according to your requirement, and placing a 5mm thick latex sponge sealing frame on the mounting surface is necessary to ensure airtightness.
(2) The size of the installation hole of the self-purifier is determined according to its appearance size.
(3) The most economically usage of self-purifiers is to adjust the voltage of the regulator without changing the average wind speed of the air face, for it can improve the service life of high-efficient filters.
(4) Turning on 15 minutes earlier before each use is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the purified area.
(5) Clean air should blow out directly to the workspace that needs to be purified. Bulky items and the actions that would disrupt the flow should be avoided.
(6) According to the cleanliness of the environment, timely take the non-woven filter material down for cleaning every 3-6 months. Generally, cleanliness and replacement are allowed when the color of non-woven filter material blackened.
(7) Regularly (Generally 2 times every month) exam the cleanliness of the room or work area which the equipment installed, replace high-efficiency filer if it don’t meet the requirement. The life of high-efficient filter is 9600 hours.
(8) Take the front box of the purifier off when replacing the high-efficiency filter and its arrow should point to the direction of gas flow.
(9) Use a dust particle counter to exam after the installation of high-efficiency filter. Pay special attention to whether the surrounding border is in good condition.
(10) Electrical failures require professional repair.
(11) The operating temperature of the equipment mustn’t be higher than 50℃, and no open fire.
